Another track from the 2019 album, Dangerous: The Double Album. This is another track that was not released as a single. The lyrics are possibly not about an experience that everybody has. It is a song that is intended to comfort his mother, who has been worried about him. We can see why. He tries to allay her fears and concerns. Once again, lyrics laced with what some would see as obscenities that are unnecessary in the context of writing to your mother.

Released in 2018, this is a track taken from the first album, If I Know Me. It was written by Kevin Kadish and Ben Burgess. “Whiskey Glasses” reached #17 on the American chart and #44 in Canada. This is a song about a man looking back over seven years in a relationship long gone. He is assuming she has now got married and wonders if she ever thinks about him anymore. It seems the relationship had a naive commitment, “And I know we both knew better – But we still said forever – And that was seven summers.”
But she went off to find something better. “I bet your daddy’s so proud – Of how his little girl turned out.” A well-known Morgan Wallen love song that is sung with a certain sense of sarcasm.
9Chasin’ You
Back once again to the first album, If I Know Me. This was the fourth single taken from that album and released in 2019. It reached #16 on the American chart and #44 in Canada.
A song about pursuing a lady who he wants to be with.
